All honey products sold by HISALU are:

• 100% raw, unfiltered, and unheated
• Sourced from wild hives in the Himalayan region
• Lab-tested for purity and quality
• Free from additives, preservatives, and artificial ingredients

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. Natural variations in color, texture, and flavor may occur due to the organic nature of our honey.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept:

• UPI payments
• Net banking
• Digital wallets

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

We ship across India. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products upon delivery
• Incorrect items shipped
• Quality issues with unopened products

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos and order details. Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement.
