Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our pure Himalayan honey products across India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our reach globally.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification when it ships with tracking information.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volume
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using this number on our shipping partner's website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our honey to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

  • Food-grade glass jars with secure sealing
  • Eco-friendly, cushioned packaging materials
  • Leak-proof wrapping to prevent spillage
  • Sturdy outer boxes to protect during transit

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ jars) or corporate gifting, please contact us directly. We offer special packaging options and customized shipping solutions for large orders.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
